How do I make an exchange for size or reference?
The maximum time allowed for changes is 3 days once the order is received. For a return you must contact thatbronzage@gmail.com.
What garments apply for changes?
Any garment that has not been washed or worn within 3 days of receiving the order.
How long will it take to receive the garment for which I made the change?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your exchange request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your shipment will be processed again with the new garment within 5 business days.
Are there fees associated with the change?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for shipping costs for any exchanges.
